motor vehicle dealer can operate as a duly authorised representative in terms of
a mandatory agreement under IDA Risk Management’s FSP Licence to render
financial services to its customers. |
Customers buying from any IDA member in the country can ask the IDA to mediate a
complaint or claim against a dealership if no resolution to a complaint is
reached.
As part of the Alternative Dispute Resolution process, the IDA mediation staff
are skilled and experienced in finding fair, clear and unbiased outcomes and
recommendations. |
