                                                                    a mandatory agreement under IDA Risk Management’s FSP Licence to render

                                                                    Customers buying from any IDA member in the country can ask the IDA to mediate a 
                                                                    complaint or claim against a dealership if no resolution to a complaint is 
                                                                    reached.

                                                                    are skilled and experienced in finding fair, clear and unbiased outcomes and
